offer a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and
manufacturing. If a part is defective, just call us and we'll send a
replacement part at no charge. And, even if a piece breaks due to
other circumstances, we are happy to send you replacement parts at

Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If
for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return
the items to us within 30 days. Items must be repackaged in new
condition. Sorry, we can not accept furniture after you have
applied a finish. Once we have received the merchandise we will

Shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $100,
if
delivered within the contiguous continental US...our way of saying
"thanks for choosing us!" We would be happy to ship
a gift for you. The billing address and shipping address
may be different. All products are shipped via UPS Ground for
fast, reliable service. Orders under $100 will incur a
$7.00 shipping and handling charge.
Pine
products generally ship in 24 hours. Cedar may take 1-2 weeks. If you wish to know the progress of your order, please email
us with your order number and we will supply tracking numbers for you.
Usually, your furniture will arrive before you even inquire.
Cancellations
may be made prior to order shipment.
Please
inspect your items carefully when they arrive. Though very
unusual, damage during shipment can occur and we want to ship you
replacement pieces as soon as possible.

Care
Although each piece of our
furniture is hand sanded, it is unfinished. You must apply the finish of
your choice as soon as possible. There is a virtually unlimited variety
of methods and colors you can choose, so we recommend that you talk to
the specialists at your local paint or hardware store for their
suggestions on the best finish for your area and the reapplication
requirements for the finish you choose. As a very broad rule-of-thumb,
finish your furniture the same way you would finish the exterior of your

Quality
Our furniture is handcrafted in the Adirondacks. We do not deal
in or retail imported chairs. Edges have been
sanded off and chairs are ready for your stain or paint. Pine
furniture comes with zinc plated screws and carriage bolts to resist
rust. Cedar ships with a combination of stainless steel and zinc-plated hardware to resist
rust. Furniture is shipped partially assembled from the
manufacturer in Northern New York. For most of our pieces, we've already
attached the slats to the seat backs and bottoms... All you need to do
is pour yourself a cool drink, grab a 1/2" wrench and a Phillips
head screwdriver and connect the seat back, bottom, arms, and legs. All

Assembly
Most of our products are shipped knocked down and
ready to assemble except where noted. Knock down assembly means
that the backs and seats are preassembled, and most be secured to the
legs and arms. Furniture will be shipped with all necessary
hardware. Assembly is a matter of minutes with easy to follow
instructions. Carefully read the instructions and acquaint yourself with
the wood parts, bolts and screw sizes before assembling your
furniture.
