Each piece of our furniture is carefully custom-crafted to the highest standards so you can enjoy years of soothing Adirondack-style relaxation. We feel so strongly that our products will give you years of enjoyment and dependability that we offer a lifetime warranty on our pine products against defects in materials and manufacturing. If a part is defective, just call us and we'll send a replacement part at no charge.  And, even if a piece breaks due to other circumstances, we are happy to send you replacement parts at nominal fees.  We want you to enjoy your chairs for years to come.  (Some conditions apply, contact us for more details.)  Our cedar products carry a 5 year warranty against manufacturer's defects.

Guarantee

We are extremely confident in the product we sell.  Our ratio of returned items over the years is less than 1 in 1000. That speaks volumes about the quality of craftsmanship of our  products.  We are sure you will be satisfied.  If however, you are not, we would be glad to accept return of our product within 30 days.  Items must be repackaged and returned in new condition.  Sorry, we can not accept furniture after you have applied a finish.  Please note that our incurred shipping costs will not be credited to a refund.

Price Guarantee

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the best price on your selections.  We constantly track prices on the internet to insure we are offering the lowest competitive prices on the products we offer.  If you find a lower price on the exact in-stock item, contact us with the website address of the product and we will make every attempt to beat our competitor's price.  Please keep in mind that our prices include shipping, so be sure to determine the total price including taxes and shipping when comparative shopping.  Our guarantee excludes clearance, closeout, or specialty sale items, non-retail or private sales, clubs, and auction websites. The internet site must have the exact brand and model available for purchase and delivery. (Out of stock or back ordered items are not eligible).  Our guarantee is valid for any online retailer of the exact product.  We reserve the right to refuse price matches from competitors who are not authorized dealers of our products, or who do not ship via UPS (freight prices vary widely and can not be matched).

Our low price guarantee does not include non-internet retailers.
